Healthy breakfasts for your day to day !, I really love breakfast! I enjoy it !. And lately, I look for that my breakfast this complete, not only complete in nutrients if not in compliments, its respective coffee, tea and/or juice as if it were in a Restaurant!
And this because I think there is a no better reception of the day than a breakfast loaded with energy and good news, to see a complete table is not the same as to have a smoothie alone, sad haha good to me I love to eat!
