A garden that has been well designed is more than just a garden – it is a place that is as much a part of your home as any other room and if you have a family then this can be a really great way to enhance your home and give you more quality time together outdoors. Landscaping a garden with the help of a professional like this landscapers Gloucester based company https://phoenixgardenersgloucester.co.uk/gloucestershire-landscaping/gloucester/ can be very rewarding.
When you are designing a family friendly garden, it is good to have different areas for different activities. A space for children to play, a nature area and a place where you can all sit and relax are all great additions to a family friendly garden. A lawn is always good for games and having a covered outdoor dining space means that the garden can be used all year round.
Things that can be put in a garden to make it more appealing to children also include things like swings and climbing frames, a playhouse or if you have the space even a tree house! Soft landscaping is better for spaces where kids will play as it makes it much safer.
When you have kids and lots of toys and equipment another thing that you will definitely want to think about is also having good storage to keep it tidy and in good condition. If space is limited, you can get benches with built in storage or if you have the room get a shed that is dedicated to this.
