TOP 10 EXERCISES

As summer or a special event approaches, many are in a hurry and set difficult goals to achieve in such a short time, which leads them to become unmotivated or to play with their health. Now that summer is falling in many places, it is important to remember to avoid crash diets and extreme workouts: the faster you try to lose weight, the faster you will gain it again. So if you want to feel fit within a period of time, don’t wait any longer and start training today. Perseverance is the key to success!

GET IN SHAPE ON TIME WITH THESE 10 EXERCISES

1. SIDE-TO-SIDE PUSH-UPS

Push-ups or push-ups are familiar to all of us and although they are a good exercise, this time we suggest you do a small variation

2. HIGH PLANK LEG LIFTS

As in the rest of the plank exercises, in this case, you will also work the core. But also, with the movement of the leg, you will give an extra boost to the glutes.

3. HIGH PLANK KNEE-TO-ELBOW

This is one of my favorite exercises to work the core and abs: by bringing the knee to the outside of the elbow you work the sides of the waist (the oblique muscles).

4. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

Up that encourage! This move is great for the abs and a good ally for burning fat.

5. SUPERMAN PULL

Let’s work that back! With this simple exercise, you will work both your upper and lower back, which will help you have a stronger core.

6. SIDE LUNGES

With these types of exercises, many muscles are usually put in motion, which means a greater calorie burn. In this case, apart from the core, you also work glutes, quadriceps, adductors, abductors, hamstrings, and calves.

7. CURTSY LUNGES

All lunges or stride exercises are perfect for toning your glutes and having strong legs. This particular movement helps you firm your glutes.

8. JUMP SQUATS

This variation of squats ( squats ) strengthens the legs and it’s both a cardio exercise! I always include it in the leg circuits.

9. INCHWORMS

A good option to work both the flexibility and the strength of the core and the upper body.

10. TRICEPS DIP

For those who complain about the back of the arms … this exercise is the answer!

 

Obviously, these exercises are not the only solution to get in shape, since there are other factors to take into account (such as diet, for example), but they are a good ally to help you meet your goals.
