I have always loved movies that are made for children. I love the way they can make you feel so many emotions in just one sitting and how when you walk out of the theater, you’re beaming with joy. That’s why I was so excited to hear about Disney’s newest movie, “A Dog’s Journey,” coming out on April 5th! This film is sure to bring your whole family together with its heartwarming story of friendship and unconditional love. It also has a star-studded cast, including Dennis Quaid, Betty Gilpin, Kathryn Prescott & Pooch Hall!

“A Dog’s Journey” follows the loving (but lonely) golden retriever, Bailey (voiced by Josh Gad), who finds the meaning of his existence through the lives of the humans he teaches to laugh and love.
A Dogs Journey is a fantastic movie that follows Bailey as he takes two different bodies on new journeys, and along the way, he makes some very touching friends who teach him about life and love! It’s a wonderful story that is perfect for the whole family to sit down and enjoy.
We loved seeing all of our favorite actors from A Dog’s Purpose back to bring the story of A Dog’s Journey to life. We saw Dennis Quaid and Britt Robertson reprise their roles as Ethan and Hannah, which we loved because we feel like they’re such a great couple on screen! It was also wonderful to see Josh Gad and Peggy Lipton back in the film with Buddy and Ellie!
A Dog’s Journey looks like it will be a wonderful film that is perfect for the whole family. Make sure to mark your calendars, April 5th because this movie is one you don’t want to miss!
A Dogs Journey Synopsis
After losing her job and learning that she has terminal cancer, struggling millennial Olivia (Betty Gilpin) is offered the chance to stay at her childhood home if she agrees to take care of Bailey, a 4-year-old rescue dog. As the two grow closer, they discover that someone has an evil plan for Bailey and together must fight against all odds for their newfound friendship.

It was a great movie and I give it 5 out of 5 stars! If you love dogs, this movie is for you!
