Caring for your health economically

In these years, people have started to become more aware of the importance of healthy living, and the close relationship of this to improve the quality of life, work, and personal relationships.
Having a healthy life allows people to perform daily activities in a more effective way. With access to more information, there are many ways to do so economically. Not only it is talking about a balanced diet but to establish an exercise routine.

The World Health Organization has revealed that physical inactivity is the fourth risk factor for global mortality (6%). Technology has made us more sedentary, but can also work in our favor with endless applications to measure the level of physical activity required in relation to age and weight and age.
Some activities that can be practiced without spending much money are:
Jogging or running: all you need is a pair of sneakers and a place to run, like a park or the promenade. You can join groups of runners or go it alone. Only a matter of a decision and make a good playlist to stay motivated all the way.
Crossfit: has become very fashionable this type of training, which aims to develop nine qualities: balance, coordination, power, speed, agility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, and precision.
